UPSC examination scheduled for 26 May 2024 will now be conducted after the elections. The decision comes due to schedule conflict with the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2024. India’s general election will be held in seven phases from April 19, with counting of votes taking place on June 4. UPSC Prelims Exam New Date 2024

According to the UPSC new notice, UPSC exam will now be conducted on 16 June 2024. Candidates will be informed about admit card and other details in due course of time. The UPSC IAS written exam will be held in two sessions – General Studies and Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT). The General Studies paper is scheduled for the morning session, which will run from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, while the CSAT will be held in the afternoon session, from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

UPSC will be published the UPSC IAS Prelims Admit Card 2024 at least 10 days before the exam. Once accessible, candidates can download their UPSC Prelims Hall Ticket 2024 from the official website upsc.gov.in.
