SSC GD Physical Test 2024 – Constable Centre List and Physical Date
Dear Friends, Good news for SSC GD Physical Test 2024 : Staff Selection Commission held on SSC GD physical test to evaluate candidates’ physical capabilities. It consists of two stages: the Physical Endurance Test (PET) and the Physical Standard Test (PST). Those who will qualify this stage will be recruited as General Duty Constables in various paramilitary forces. Read below to know the SSC GD Physical Test requirements for male and female candidates.
SSC GD Physical Test 2024
Staff Selection Commission has been published the SSC GD Answer Key 2024 on its official website. Candidates whose estimated scores are above the minimum qualifying marks can start preparing for the SSC GD Physical Test. It is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission to assess the candidates’ physical fitness and endurance.
SSC GD Physical Test Date
The commission has been published the provisional answer key on April 3. Subsequently, the commission will issue the final answer key along with the CBT result. Candidates who pass the exam will be summoned for the physical test. The SSC GD Physical Test 2024 Date will be announced in due course.

SSC GD Physical ability TEST 2024. It differs for male and female candidates. Below, we have mentioned the SSC GD Physical Test details, outlining the various activities candidates must undertake to proceed to the subsequent stage.
- SSC GD Physical Running Time for Male Candidates is 5 km in 24 minutes.
- SSC GD Physical Running Time for Female Candidates is 1.6 km in 8.5 minutes.
